Senior Software Developer – Dynamics CRM

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer – Dynamics CRM to support the development, customization, integration, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience, expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, and the ability to deliver complex CRM solutions integrated with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, test, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
• Configure CRM entities, forms, views, reports, dashboards, ribbons, and menus.
• Develop custom workflows, plug-ins, and complex Power Automate flows.
• Build and customize solutions using C#, JavaScript, HTML, and .NET technologies.
• Develop and customize Power Apps and Power Pages.
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with enterprise systems using APIs and Azure services.
• Develop CRM and Power BI reports, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and user documentation.

Required Qualifications and Technical Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including experience leading CRM projects.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365, CRM SDK, Web API, Organization Services, OData, FetchXML, and XrmToolBox.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Extensive experience with Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, workflows, and plug-ins.
• Experience with Dataverse, Azure services, and Dynamics 365 solution design.
• Strong knowledge of CRM APIs, enterprise integrations, SQL, and ETL processes.
• Experience developing Power BI reports, CRM reports, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure App Services, and cloud security principles.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and deployment pipelines.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
