Senior Software Developer – Dynamics CRM

Contract Duration: November 10, 2026 – March 31, 2027

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer – Dynamics CRM to design, develop, customize, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience, expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, and a proven ability to lead CRM development projects and deliver complex enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, test, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
• Configure and customize CRM entities, forms, views, reports, dashboards, ribbons, and menus.
• Develop custom workflows, plug-ins, and complex Microsoft Power Automate flows.
• Build and customize solutions using C#, JavaScript, HTML, and .NET technologies.
• Develop and customize Power Apps and Power Pages.
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with enterprise systems using APIs and Azure services.
• Develop CRM reports, Power BI dashboards, and reporting solutions to support business needs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, user manuals, and system documentation.
• Apply security principles and accessibility standards, including AODA, throughout solution development.

Required Qualifications and Technical Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience developing and customizing Dynamics CRM solutions, including experience leading CRM projects.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM customization, including entities, forms, views, workflows, plug-ins, and dashboards.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Extensive experience with Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate.
• Expert knowledge of Dynamics CRM SDK, Web API, Organization Services, OData, FetchXML, and XrmToolBox.
• Experience with Dataverse design and development, SQL, and enterprise system integrations.
• Knowledge of Azure technologies, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure App Services.
• Experience building custom portals using ASP.NET, .NET Core, Angular, and TypeScript.
• Experience developing Power BI reports and CRM reporting solutions.
• Understanding of cloud security, authentication, business units, teams, and role management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, deployment pipelines, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
