Develop data mapping, migration strategies, conversion scripts, and technical documentation.
Extract, transform, load, validate, and reconcile data across multiple sources.
Migrate document attachments and files from legacy systems to new platforms.
Develop complex SQL queries and troubleshoot data-related technical issues.
Conduct mock conversions, testing, post-migration audits, and exception reporting.
Support migration cutover activities and provide pre- and post-conversion assistance.
Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project managers to ensure successful migration delivery.

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience migrating data from legacy applications to modernized solutions.
Strong experience with relational databases, including Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and Azure SQL Database.
Proficiency in complex SQL queries, data analysis, data validation, and troubleshooting.
Experience with ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory, Informatica, or equivalent technologies.
Experience migrating document attachments and files between legacy and modernized systems.
Experience developing ETL mappings, data dictionaries, migration strategies, and technical documentation.
Understanding of master data, transactional data, and information management principles.
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Full lifecycle data conversion experience with enterprise systems, including deployment and cutover.
Experience with data profiling, cleansing, transformation, reconciliation, and migration audits.
Knowledge of PL/SQL, mainframe data formats, and non-relational data structures.
Experience migrating files from Azure Blob Storage, Azure File Share, SharePoint, or Oracle BLOBs.
Experience with large-scale case management system migrations.
Previous experience working with government or public-sector organizations.
