We are seeking a Senior Software Developer – Full Stack / Integration Specialist to design, develop, and support enterprise integration and API solutions within a large-scale technology environment.
The successful candidate will have strong experience with Apache Camel, MuleSoft, Enterprise Java, REST APIs, data transformation, and OpenShift/Kubernetes, along with the ability to design scalable integration solutions and work with cross-functional technical and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain enterprise integration and API solutions.
- Develop and support MuleSoft integration flows, APIs, and reusable integration services in enterprise environments.
- Work with Apache Camel, Enterprise Java, REST APIs, JSON/XML, and other data transformation technologies.
- Design complex integration solutions, data flows, application models, and technical architectures.
- Integrate enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, asset management, document management, training management, and regulatory/compliance systems.
- Develop technical documentation including architecture, design, technology stack, data flow, and system documentation.
- Develop database schemas, entity-relationship diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
- Prepare and execute test plans, test cases, scenarios, and results documentation.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, automated testing, source control, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Apply fault-tolerant integration patterns including retries, dead-letter queues, monitoring, and data consistency approaches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration, data, and application issues.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical integration specifications.
- Track defects, problems, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure integration solutions meet security, privacy, quality assurance, and enterprise technology standards.
- Provide technical guidance and participate in discussions around data ownership, governance, architecture, and integration challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Strong senior-level experience delivering large-scale enterprise IT and integration solutions.
- Advanced experience with Apache Camel, MuleSoft, Enterprise Java, REST APIs, and JSON/XML.
- Strong experience designing and developing enterprise integration solutions and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft integration flows, APIs, and reusable integration services.
- Expertise with OpenShift and/or Kubernetes for containerized application deployments.
- Strong SQL and database experience.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, source control, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Knowledge of integration patterns, API-led connectivity, data transformation, and fault-tolerant integration.
- Strong technical documentation and solution-design capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical integration specifications.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AWS services, including Lambda, SQS, and S3.
- Experience working with public sector organizations.
- Experience with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, asset management, document management, or regulatory/compliance platforms.
- Experience applying API-led connectivity principles within MuleSoft architectures.
