We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect – CRM to lead the architecture and design of an enterprise-wide Common Compliance Management Platform (CCMP) for a public sector client.
The successful candidate will provide technical leadership in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure cloud solutions, and enterprise integration architecture. This role involves designing scalable, secure, and reusable solutions that support regulatory compliance services across multiple business areas.
The ideal candidate will have experience translating complex business and technical requirements into architecture designs, establishing standards, and collaborating with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, cybersecurity teams, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of the CCMP solution ecosystem, including data models and integration with enterprise platforms.
- Develop scalable, secure, and reusable solution architectures using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure technologies.
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into architecture designs and implementation roadmaps.
- Design enterprise integration architectures and scalable integration patterns across multiple business systems.
- Assess existing systems and emerging technologies and provide recommendations for modernization and future-state architecture.
- Develop architecture documentation, solution proposals, cost estimates, and technical recommendations.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, integration, and delivery teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Facilitate architecture workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder consultations to support solution approval and implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architecture, including design, implementation, customization, and governance of enterprise platforms.
- Experience designing and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Business Process Flows.
- Experience architecting Azure-based enterprise solutions, including Azure Integration Services, App Services, Azure Functions, API Management, and cloud-native components.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration architecture and scalable integration patterns across multiple systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse architecture, data modeling, security models, and data management.
- Experience designing Dynamics 365 security models, enterprise APIs, and multi-tenant platforms.
- Knowledge of enterprise data architecture, cloud security, Microsoft Entra ID, and identity and access management.
- Experience establishing architecture standards, reusable design patterns, technology roadmaps, and solution review processes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and technical documentation skills.

- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
