Direct and facilitate ongoing continuous improvement processes by applying LEAN methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, VSM) for operational excellence.
Supervise and motivate the assembly team to achieve and exceed their goals, providing a clear framework while fostering a culture of flexibility and independent decision-making.
Provide leadership for employee relations through effective communication, coaching, training, and regular performance evaluations.
Ensure that all employees strictly follow health & safety policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
Demonstrate a hands-on approach and an open, eager mindset to tackle diverse new technical projects and customized interconnect solutions.
