Our client is a well-established Canadian company operating in the automotive sector. As part of its continued growth, the company is looking to add an Administrator to support its team and day-to-day operations in Laval.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Office Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing and coordinating administrative processes related to vehicles and the company’s transactions.

Key responsibilities will include:

Handling administrative documentation related to vehicle files;
Stocking and updating vehicles in internal systems;
Coordinating billing and ensuring all required documentation is complete;
Managing documentation related to vehicle titles and registrations;
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date internal records;
Preparing and updating administrative reports;
Ensuring timely follow-up with various internal and external stakeholders;
Working closely with the team to ensure files are processed efficiently and accurately.

PROFILE

The ideal candidate will have relevant administrative experience, preferably within an automotive dealership or automotive-related environment.

Notre client est une entreprise canadienne bien établie œuvrant dans le secteur automobile. Dans le cadre de la croissance de ses activités, l’entreprise souhaite accueillir un(e) administrateur(trice) afin de soutenir son équipe et ses opérations à Laval.

LE POSTE

Relevant de la responsable de l’administration, la personne sélectionnée jouera un rôle clé dans la gestion et le suivi des dossiers administratifs liés aux véhicules et aux transactions de l’entreprise.

Ses principales responsabilités comprendront notamment :

Effectuer les différentes tâches administratives liées aux dossiers de véhicules;
Assurer l’entrée et la mise à jour des véhicules dans les systèmes internes;
Effectuer le suivi de la facturation et de la documentation requise;
Gérer les documents relatifs aux titres de propriété et aux immatriculations;
Maintenir les dossiers et registres internes à jour;
