Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide highly trusted, discreet and proactive support across the CEO's professional and personal affairs.

This is a senior-level role requiring exceptional judgment, organization and confidentiality.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted extension of the CEO, coordinating priorities across executive matters, travel, properties, household operations, personal assets, vendors, advisors and special projects.

The role is highly hands-on and requires someone who can operate independently, anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities and ensure matters are followed through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Provide sophisticated, high-level support to the CEO across business and personal matters.
Manage complex scheduling, travel, logistics and executive priorities.
Coordinate closely with the CEO's Executive Assistant and other members of the support team.
Oversee the coordination of residences, household operations, vendors and personal service providers.
Coordinate matters relating to properties, vehicles, collections, high-value assets and other personal affairs.
Liaise with bankers, accountants, lawyers, wealth advisors, insurers and other trusted professional advisors.
Review and coordinate financial, administrative and operational matters with strong attention to detail.
Lead special projects and ensure priorities are driven through to completion.
Maintain oversight of deadlines, renewals, commitments and outstanding matters.
Anticipate issues and resolve them proactively, minimizing the need for CEO involvement.
Serve as a highly trusted and discreet point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding the CEO's personal, financial and business affairs.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have 7–10+ years of senior executive support experience, with significant experience directly supporting a CEO, founder, C-suite executive or high-net-worth principal.

They will demonstrate:

Exceptional judgment, discretion and professionalism.
Strong executive presence and communication skills.
Outstanding organizational and project management abilities.
Financial acumen and comfort handling sensitive financial matters.
The ability to manage significant complexity with calm and precision.
A highly proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
Experience coordinating senior stakeholders, vendors, advisors and support teams.
The maturity and confidence to operate independently in a highly confidential environment.
Experience within a private office, family office, investment, wealth management or high-net-worth environment is an asset.

Success in the Role

The successful Senior Executive Assistant will become a trusted extension of the CEO - anticipating needs, managing complexity, protecting the CEO's time and ensuring that important matters are handled seamlessly and discreetly.
