Black Ridge is a dynamic company operating in the real estate and investment sector. We are seeking an Acquisition Coordinator to support the Acquisitions team in identifying, analyzing, and coordinating real estate investment opportunities.

The successful candidate will play a key role in tracking opportunities, coordinating communications with brokers and industry partners, and preparing and organizing acquisition files.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Acquisitions team in managing the day-to-day acquisition pipeline.
Conduct research to identify new real estate opportunities.
Communicate with brokers, property owners, and other industry professionals.
Maintain and update acquisition databases and pipelines.
Collect and organize financial and operational information related to properties.
Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and presentations for the Acquisitions team.
Follow up with brokers and property owners to obtain requested information.
Coordinate the collection of documents required for analysis and due diligence.
Organize property tours, meetings, and calls with relevant stakeholders.
Track transaction timelines and acquisition milestones.
Collaborate with legal, finance, accounting, and operations teams.
Maintain complete and organized acquisition files.
Conduct market research and analysis as required.
Prepare materials for acquisition meetings and follow-up discussions.
Perform other related duties as required by the Acquisitions team.

Qualifications & Skills

College or university degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in real estate, finance, acquisitions, or administration.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously.
Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative.
Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
Strong interest in commercial real estate and investments.

Principales responsabilités

Soutenir l’équipe des acquisitions dans la gestion quotidienne du pipeline d’opportunités.
Effectuer des recherches afin d’identifier de nouvelles opportunités immobilières.
Communiquer avec les courtiers, propriétaires et autres intervenants du marché.
Maintenir à jour la base de données et le pipeline des acquisitions.
Recueillir et organiser les informations financières et opérationnelles relatives aux propriétés.
Préparer des tableaux, rapports et présentations pour l’équipe des acquisitions.
Assurer le suivi des demandes d’information auprès des courtiers et propriétaires.
Coordonner la collecte des documents nécessaires à l’analyse et à la vérification diligente.
Organiser les visites de propriétés, réunions et appels avec les différents intervenants.
Assurer le suivi des échéanciers et des étapes des transactions.
Collaborer avec les équipes juridique, financière, comptable et opérationnelle.
Maintenir des dossiers d’acquisition complets et structurés.
Effectuer des analyses et recherches de marché au besoin.
Préparer les documents nécessaires aux réunions de suivi des acquisitions.
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe requise par l’équipe des acquisitions.

Qualifications et compétences

Diplôme universitaire ou collégial en immobilier, finance, administration ou domaine connexe.
1 à 3 ans d’expérience pertinente en immobilier, finance, acquisitions ou administration.
Excellentes capacités organisationnelles et administratives.
Solides compétences analytiques et souci du détail.
Maîtrise d’Excel et de Microsoft Office.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et relations interpersonnelles.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers et échéanciers simultanément.
Autonomie, initiative et esprit d’équipe.
Bilinguisme français et anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
Intérêt marqué pour l’immobilier commercial et les investissements.
