Position: Tandem Java support Specialist

Job Description
We are looking for a Tandem Java Specialist with experience in HP NonStop platforms, Capital Markets, Treasury, Payments Processing, Settlement, and Reconciliation applications.
Primary Responsibilities
· Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for critical Capital Markets, Treasury, Payments Processing, Settlement, and Reconciliation applications running on HP NonStop platforms.
· Perform hands-on development, enhancement, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ATLAS applications.
· Ensure stability, availability, and performance of business-critical transaction processing systems operating in a high-availability environment.
· Analyze and resolve production incidents, service disruptions, and application performance issues within defined SLAs.
· Collaborate with business users, operations teams, architects, and engineering teams to identify and implement application and infrastructure improvements.
· Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) activities and implement preventive measures to minimize recurring incidents.
· Support application deployments, releases, and environment upgrades across development, testing, and production environments.
HP NonStop Platform Administration Support
· Administer and support HP NonStop systems, ensuring high availability and operational resilience.
· Utilize TACL, FUP, SCF, OSS, SQL/MP, SQL/MX, and Enscribe database for system administration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
· Monitor system health, capacity, and performance of NonStop environments.
· Support DSMCM activities, including software deployment, version control, and change management.
· Work with SSHW teams to maintain operating system currency and implement recommended HPE NonStop SPRs and critical patches.
- · Participate in infrastructure maintenance, system upgrades, hardware refreshes, and disaster recovery activities.
