Job description:
Black Tusk Fire & Security Inc. is looking to add a Sprinkler Fitter Apprentice to our growing team. This is full-time role, working Monday-Friday; based out of Squamish with some travel required between the Whistler and Squamish.
Job Duties
- Install wet and dry sprinkler systems as per the NFPA and Building Code;
- Install fire sprinkler systems for residential and commercial applications;
- Service, inspect and repair wet and dry sprinkler systems;
- Service, inspect and repair backflow systems
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of NFPA and BC Building Codes
- Minimum 1 year experience as a certified sprinkler fitter or sprinkler system installer
- Self-starter who is able to take initiative
- Demonstration of attention to detail
- Valid Driver’s License
