Original job description

Franchise Development Specialist

Toronto / GTA | Hybrid | Full-time

$56,000 base + uncapped performance-based commission

Blitz Franchise is growing, and we're looking for a Franchise Development Specialist to join our team.

You don't need franchise experience.

We're more interested in whether you're curious about business, great with people, competitive, coachable, and comfortable taking ownership of your results.

We can teach franchising.

What You'll Do

Lead discovery and qualification conversations with prospective franchise owners
Learn and represent multiple franchise brands
Manage your own candidate pipeline and follow-up
Work directly with franchise founders and leadership teams
Develop your skills through ongoing sales coaching

No traditional cold calling or prospect-list building.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

Communicates naturally and confidently
Is competitive and motivated by results
Is curious about people and businesses
Takes feedback and improves quickly
Is organized, self-directed, and accountable

Sales experience is an asset, but we're not hiring based on a checklist of previous job titles.

Personality, commercial instinct, work ethic, and coachability matter just as much to us as industry experience.

What Blitz Offers

$56,000 base salary
Uncapped commission
Unlimited vacation policy
Flexible hybrid work environment
Inbound franchise opportunities
Exposure to multiple businesses and industries
Direct interaction with entrepreneurs and franchise executives
Ongoing coaching and professional development
Career growth as Blitz scales

Strong performers will have the opportunity to expand their scope, take on more responsibility, and grow into leadership opportunities over time.

This is a hybrid role based in the Greater Toronto Area. We believe in flexibility and autonomy, while still valuing in-person collaboration when it adds value.

If you're ambitious, commercially curious, and want a sales career with more ownership, variety, and upside, we'd like to hear from you.
