Full-Time | 1-Year Term Position | Potential for Permanent Position
Bloom Dental Centre is a locally owned dental practice looking for an organized, personable Receptionist/Administrator to join our team.
This is a one-year term position beginning in January 2027, with the potential to become permanent as our practice continues to grow.
About the role
As one of the first points of contact for our patients, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door. Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming patients and managing front-desk inquiries
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Answering phone calls, emails and patient questions
- Processing payments and assisting with insurance claims
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of the practice
- Working closely with our dentists, hygienists and team to keep the day running smoothly
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, positive and enjoys working with people
- Organized, dependable and comfortable multitasking
- Professional and detail-oriented
- A strong communicator and team player
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
Previous dental, medical office, administrative or customer service experience is an asset, but personality and team fit are most important to us. Experience with Curve Dental is also an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person.
