Manage customer orders from placement through shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
Assist customers with product availability, order status requests, product information, and general inquiries.
Follow up on customer requests and issues to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Escalate complex or recurring issues to the Sales & Customer Service Leader as appropriate.
Enter, maintain, and update customer information and order details within company systems.

Sales Support

Research potential leads using business directories, online resources, and internal tools.
Respond to prospective customer questions and conduct follow-up communications as required.

Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requests are addressed efficiently.
Identify recurring customer or store concerns and communicate trends and improvement opportunities to the Sales & Customer Service Leader.

Continuous Improvement & Administrative Support

Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and departmental efficiency.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and requests.
Contribute to a positive customer experience by representing Bloomstar professionally at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.
