Job Summary

The Electronic/Mechanical Technician I builds, assembles or installs different prototype parts for the R&D team. Additionally, he or she maintains all EGMs in Bluberi offices.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Builds and maintains new setups for the Programming, QA, and R&D Technology groups.
Supports the development of mechanic/electronic prototypes.
Builds prototype electronic harnesses.
Builds wood or plastic prototype parts.
Maintains EGMs in Bluberi offices.
Reviews tasks and provides an estimated timeframe for completion.
Repairs electronic boards.
Assists the Electronic Engineering Team, as needed.
Assembles products, as needed.
Programs chipsets.
Handles inter-company shipments.
Enters the shipping/receiving data in the management system.
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

Required Skills And Experience

Vocational diploma or certificate in electromechanics or related area or relevant experience.
Ability to interpret electronic schematics.
Strong mechanical assembly skills.
Ability to use a table saw, a router, a grinder and other workshop tools.
Ability to effectively communicate in English and French.
Well organized, fully autonomous, attentive to detail.
Very good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Able to work as part of a team or independently.

Physical Demands

Résumé Du Poste

Le technicien ou la technicienne en électromécanique I fabrique, assemble ou installe différentes pièces de prototypage pour l’équipe de R et D. De plus, il ou elle entretient tous les cabinets de jeu (« EGM ») dans les bureaux de Bluberi.

Responsabilités Principales

Les principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :

Construit et entretient de nouvelles installations pour les services de Programmation, d’Assurance qualité et de Technologie R et D.
Soutient le développement de prototypes mécaniques/électroniques.
Fabrique des harnais électroniques pour les prototypes.
Fabrique des pièces en bois ou en plastique pour les prototypes.
Entretient les cabinets de jeu (« EGM ») dans les bureaux de Bluberi.
Passe en revue des tâches et fournit une estimation du délai d'exécution.
Répare les cartes électroniques.
Assiste l'équipe d'ingénierie électronique, selon les besoins.
Assemble les produits, selon les besoins.
Programme les puces électroniques (« chipsets ») pour nos jeux.
Gère les expéditions interentreprises.
Entre les réceptions et les expéditions dans le système de gestion.
Toutes autres tâches connexes confiées par le ou la responsable.

Compétences Et Expérience Requises

Diplôme ou certificat professionnel en électromécanique ou dans un domaine connexe ou expérience pertinente.
Capacité d’interpréter les schémas électroniques.
Expertise avérée en assemblage mécanique.
Capacité de se servir d’un banc de scie, d’une toupie, d’une meuleuse et d’autres outils d’atelier.
Capacité de communiquer efficacement autant en français qu’en anglais.
Bon sens de l'organisation, autonomie, souci du détail.
Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps avec une capacité avérée à respecter les délais.
