WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
This role will be responsible for many aspects of the day to day operations of the maintenance department. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to respond and action demand service requests, execute PM work and to maintain and service the pools and tubs on resort. The work will consist of but not be limited to; general repairs, general maintenance, equipment installation and daily rounds.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
This role will be responsible for many aspects of the day to day operations of the maintenance department. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to respond and action demand service requests, execute PM work and to maintain and service the pools and tubs on resort. The work will consist of but not be limited to; general repairs, general maintenance, equipment installation and daily rounds.
- General repair and maintenance of machines, equipment, guest rooms and buildings
- General Carpentry / Plumbing and Basic Electrical
- Clean, adjust and perform minor repairs to swimming pools and hot tubs (as required)
- Painting, wallpapering, tiling
- General knowledge and experience in building trades (carpentry, drywall, plumbing, framing, electrical etc.)
- On-site construction experience an asset
- Previous experience with pool maintenance an asset
- Work experience in commercial and residential painting, wallpapering, ceramic tile application, drywall installation, drywall patching, stucco, stipple, and fine wood finishing or refinishing an asset

Responsibilities
Respond to service requests, complete preventive maintenance, and maintain resort pools and hot tubs. Perform general repairs and maintenance on equipment, guest rooms, and buildings, including carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, wallpapering, and tiling.
Requirements
Applicants need general knowledge or experience in building trades such as carpentry, drywall, plumbing, framing, and electrical work. On-site construction, pool maintenance, and experience with painting, tile, drywall, stucco, or wood finishing are assets.
