Job Title: Assistant General Manager

Location: Downtown Toronto

Job Description: The Assistant General Manager is responsible for overseeing, in tandem with the General Manager, all aspects of the Front of the House operations to ensure a seamless and profitable dining experience. This includes managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining high-quality service standards, and maximizing overall efficiency.

Collaborating with the General Manager:

Contributing to the development of Assistant Managers and Supervisors.
Supervising all front-of-house leadership areas to ensure success.
