Activités :

· Travailler en équipe avec une attitude positive est essentiel;

· Servir le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner, les collations, les pauses café, les cocktails et les dîners.

· Mise en place et ramassage des services traiteur dans les salons et salles de réunion dans les temps et selon les normes attendues;

· Voir à la gestion des inventaires et planifier certaines commandes pour des événements (location, employés d’agence);

· Collaborer dans les activités comptables de la gestion des salons;

· Entretenir des liens avec les fournisseurs;

· Assurez la propreté des lieux, des équipements et de la vaisselle en tout temps i.e. verres, tasses, etc.;

· Habileté avec équipement audio-visuel (projection, ordinateur, micro, éclairage)

· Montage et démontage des salles (tables, chaises, micros, lutrin, etc)

· Aide au niveau de l'entretien des locaux et ramassage de la vaisselle.

· Aide le chef exécutif au besoin;

· L’horaire de travail est du lundi au vendredi. Les heures de travail peuvent varier selon les besoins et la flexibilité pour du temps supplémentaires est à prévoir.

· Gérer la liste des préférences / allergies / intolérances

· Toutes autres tâches connexes liées aux opérations quotidiennes des salons.

Formation et expérience exigées :

Minimum d’un (1) à trois (3) années d’expérience dans un rôle similaire
Expérience en milieu exécutif, un atout
Capacité d'adaptation et à travailler dans un environnement changeant et dynamiqueBonne forme physique;
Excellent sens du service à la clientèle;
Proactif et à l’écoute de la clientèle;
Bon jugement, calme et discrétion;Intérêt pour l’apprentissage de nouvelles tâches et processus de travail.
