Position Overview:

We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join the Marketing Analytics team. This role supports lifecycle and mass marketing programs by delivering best-in-class analytics insights and bridges business problems with data. This role is ideal for someone with strong coding and data fundamentals (e.g., SQL, Python, or PySpark) who enjoys solving complex problems.

Responsibilities:

Applies subject matter expertise in customer loyalty, marketing analytics and technical aptitude across the Blue Rewards analytics stack
Contribute to all phases of campaign management (ideation, planning, targeting, measurement, recommendation) with a focus in pre-analysis and post-analysis
Work collaboratively with internal business partners to clearly define analysis / campaign scope, objectives, targeting & measurement strategy for marketing initiatives
Conduct timely customer analysis and campaign measurement to identify opportunities for clients to maximize the use of Blue Rewards Program to drive incremental sales
Present analysis results and recommendations in business language in different forums/meetings
Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting solutions
Automate and make process and tool improvement suggestions to drive operational efficiency

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in any of the following: Statistics, Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Math
Demonstrated understanding of loyalty marketing, customer segmentation, campaign management & predictive modeling concepts
2-3 years of customer analysis / insight delivery experience in a complex data-driven organization
Hands-on proficient experience with SQL, Python, Databricks, Sigma and Tableau, or comparable tools/languages
Expert in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel and PowerPoint)
A strategic/analytical thinker who can link assigned tasks to the bigger picture
Problem solving skills coupled with the “can do” attitude
Strong organizational, time management and communication skills (verbal and written)

Salary:

$55,500.00 - $120,000.00

Pay Type:

Salaried

The above represents AIR MILES’ pay range and type.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents AIR MILES’ expected target for the first year in this position.

AIR MILES’ total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards. AIR MILES also offers health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
