Researches, defines, aligns, develops, and implements sales and marketing strategies with P&L (profit and loss) accountability to enable the sales force to effectively sell, fulfill, and service new and existing individual or portfolio of banking products and improve the customer experience. Acts as a subject matter expert on relevant regulations and policies.

Qualifications:
Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in Business or a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong experience working with retail and business product fundamentals, including product design, functionality, and related policies and procedures
Strong knowledge of product delivery infrastructure systems and underlying product interdependencies.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
