Provide leadership and expertise for production support activities, incident management, root-cause analysis, and problem resolution.
Drive automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, platform resilience, and service quality.
Lead the implementation and management of APIs and platform integrations while ensuring security, resilience, and scalability.
Analyze platform performance, adoption trends, and operational data to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
Guide development teams through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Mentor developers and promote engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders to understand platform vision and align delivery with strategic objectives.
Prioritize, manage, and support a portfolio of customer-facing and internal platform initiatives.

Analyze platform data to drive enhancements, performance improvements, and operational efficiencies.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that strengthen BMO's technology capabilities.
Ensure compliance with service level agreements, support standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
Manage technical requirements including API integrations, platform services, and supporting infrastructure components.
Work independently while leading complex initiatives and navigating ambiguity.
Provide specialized consulting, technical leadership, analytical expertise, and production support guidance.
Apply BMO's Risk Management Framework and ensure all solutions align with security, governance, compliance, and operational standards.
