We believe in creating an environment where our interns really can learn by doing during their time with us and where they are given their own areas of responsibilities from the start. That’s why our experts treat you as part of the team from day one, encourage you to bring your own ideas to the table – and give you the opportunity to really show what you can do.

Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, Brand Strategy Assistant - Placement Year(July 2027)

Helping shape how the brand is perceived by colleagues, our dealer partners, our current clients and the clients of the future.

We are a dynamic and agile team whose main responsibility is maintaining brand consistency across all departments. And in the words of our founders, we continue to strive for perfection, we ‘take the best that exists, and make it better.’ If these words resonate with you and your work ethic – then a 13-month placement in Brand Strategy may be the placement for you.

What awaits you?

Supporting the management and governance of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Corporate Identity, including logos, font and colour palette, across several different mediums.
Giving guidance and approval to requests from across the business in the implementation of our Corporate Identity.

Researching luxury peer brands, collating findings to support Brand Strategy topics.
Using brand reports to identify and action risks to our brand reputation and strength.
Supporting budget management including raising Purchase Orders and ensuring budget trackers are up to date.
Supporting the planning of market research activities. This will include communicating with our regional colleagues.
Supporting the creation of communications collateral that align with our high touch, client-centric approach.

What should you bring along?

Studying towards a Bachelor’s degree and on track to achieve at least a 2:2.
Fully competent in using Microsoft Office software such as Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar are essential, as is a high level of attention to detail.
A can-do attitude with the desire to go above and beyond.
An ability to utilise initiative and present suggestions and justifications, solving problems as they arise.
A creative personal flair with the ability to provide open-minded solutions within tasks.

What can you look forward to?

Great Pay – A competitive annual salary, 27 days holiday per annum (pro rata to your contract) and an attractive pension scheme.
Rewarding Work-Life Balance – Be part of a supportive and inclusive environment where you can learn, grow, and contribute to the future of luxury automotive excellence.
Exciting Additional Benefits – You will have the opportunity to enjoy other employee benefits, a subsidised on-site restaurant and access to our Advantages scheme which gives you a range of offers and discounts.
