The position at a glance

The role is responsible for producing multimedia content that showcases the bank’s values, sustainability initiatives, and market expertise. The Content Creation Manager designs and delivers written, visual, and video assets that bring the BNP Paribas brand to life across internal and external digital channels. Working closely with HR, business units, and leadership, the manager ensures content aligns with corporate objectives, DEI commitments, and sustainability goals. The scope includes end‑to‑end video production, graphic design, thought‑leadership writing, and social‑media management.

In detail

Develop compelling written, visual, and video assets to enhance brand storytelling, on an ongoing basis, so audiences connect with BNP Paribas’s vision, using digital platforms and editorial guidelines.
Oversee end‑to‑end video production, from filming to post‑production editing, for quarterly campaigns, to ensure consistent visual quality, leveraging Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable tools.
Produce eye‑catching graphics, infographics, and animations for corporate communications, during each marketing cycle, to reinforce key messages, employing Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Craft thought‑leadership articles and executive communications, monthly, to position BNP Paribas as an industry voice, by translating complex ideas into accessible narratives.
Create and optimize LinkedIn and other platform‑specific posts, weekly, to boost digital engagement, by aligning content with audience interests and platform algorithms.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders throughout project lifecycles to align content with employer‑branding goals, ensuring consistency with DEI and sustainability priorities.
Leverage analytics insights after each publication to refine content strategy, improving audience reach and interaction rates through data‑driven adjustments.
Support DE&I and employer‑branding initiatives continuously by highlighting inclusive culture and community programs, using authentic storytelling techniques.

The Strengths And Skills That Will Help You Succeed

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Production, or a related field.
The knowledge of English and French is required.*
Minimum 5 years of experience in content creation, multimedia production, or digital storytelling.
Collaborative content planning when partnering with cross‑functional teams to align messaging with business objectives.
Proficient video production skills, applying lighting, sound design, and editing techniques to deliver polished visual stories.
Skilled graphic design abilities, creating compelling visuals that support corporate campaigns and digital assets.
Strong storytelling and writing capabilities, translating complex concepts into clear, engaging narratives for diverse audiences.
Social‑media fluency, tailoring content for LinkedIn and corporate channels to maximize engagement and brand visibility.
Data‑driven optimization, using analytics to adjust content tactics and improve performance metrics.
Given the vast majority of our clients, professional working proficiency in French and English languages are required.
