This is a 3 month contract position.
Location:

This is a 3 month contract position.
Location:
- Varsity Square Apartments (NW Calgary)
- Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas
- Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our Resident Members
- Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups
- Interior and exterior garbage pick-up
- Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required
- Ensure proper and accurate inventory management
- Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly
- Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required
- 2 years cleaning experience required
- Working knowledge of English both verbal and written
- Familiarity with technology is an asset
- Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
- Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Valid driver’s license
- Own reliable vehicle

Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize building common areas and vacant apartments, and handle garbage pickup, snow removal, and touch-up painting as needed. Maintain accurate inventory and equipment, and assist other sites or with additional tasks when required.
Requirements
Applicants must have at least two years of cleaning experience, working knowledge of spoken and written English, and a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle. The role requires physical stamina, the ability to maneuver up to 90 kg using proper equipment, strong customer service and time-management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
