Responsibilities
- Work scheduled shifts from Wed-Sunday
- Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas
- Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups
- Interior and exterior garbage pick-up
- Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required
- Ensure proper and accurate inventory management
- Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly
- Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required
- 2 years cleaning experience required
- Working knowledge of English both verbal and written
- Familiarity with technology is an asset
- Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
- Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Valid driver’s license
- Own reliable vehicle
- Able to work permanent weekends (Wed-Sun schedule)

Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize building common areas and vacant suites, including entrances, elevators, halls, laundry rooms, and amenity spaces. Manage garbage and inventory, maintain equipment, and assist with snow removal, painting, and tasks at other sites as needed.
Requirements
Requires at least two years of cleaning experience, working knowledge of spoken and written English, a valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle. Candidates must be able to meet the physical demands of the role, work independently and as part of a team, and work a permanent Wednesday-to-Sunday schedule.
