This position is located in Airdrie. We are looking for a candidate that can work a minimum of 24 hours a week Monday-Friday.
Location:

This position is located in Airdrie. We are looking for a candidate that can work a minimum of 24 hours a week Monday-Friday.
Location:
- Tower Lane Terrace Apartments (Airdrie)
- Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas
- Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups
- Interior and exterior garbage pick-up
- Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required
- Ensure proper and accurate inventory management
- Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly
- Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required
- 2 years cleaning experience required
- Working knowledge of English both verbal and written
- Familiarity with technology is an asset
- Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
- Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Valid driver’s license
- Own reliable vehicle
- Monday to Wednesday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM

Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize building common areas and vacant apartments, including entrances, elevators, halls, laundry rooms, and amenity spaces. Handle garbage pickup, assist with snow removal and painting as needed, manage supplies, maintain equipment, and support other sites when required.
Requirements
Applicants must have at least two years of cleaning experience, working knowledge of spoken and written English, and a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle. The role requires physical stamina, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong customer service and time-management skills, and the ability to maneuver loads up to 90 kg using proper equipment.
