Responsibilities
- Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our Customers
- Ensure daily communication with Journeyperson
- Service plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment and controls
- Size, install, test, adjust and service natural gas equipment ranging from residential furnaces to industrial boilers
- Attend and successfully complete the required technical and safety training
- Minimum 2nd year plumbing apprentice
- Previous experience an asset
- Working knowledge of English both verbal and written
- Valid Driver’s license and driver’s abstract required
- Working knowledge of electrical meter and electricity
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Dedicated to building better communities for all our Customers and surrounding communities
- Ability to take responsibility for all actions and decisions and to follow through until a resolution is obtained
- Positive attitude
- Strong planning and organizational skills coupled with ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work independently (self managed) and with other Associates in a team environment
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and be flexible in nature
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness
- Have the physical stamina to lift heavy pipes weighing in excess of 25 kilograms
- Valid driver license
- Own reliable vehicle
- On call over time required

Responsibilities
Maintain the health, comfort, and safety of customers by servicing plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, equipment, and controls. Install, test, adjust, and service natural gas equipment, communicate daily with a journeyperson, and complete required technical and safety training.
Requirements
Applicants must be at least a second-year plumbing apprentice and have a valid driver's license, a driver's abstract, and a reliable vehicle. They need working knowledge of English and electrical meters, strong customer service and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and with a team, and the physical stamina to lift pipes weighing over 25 kilograms.
