Responsibilities
- Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our Residents
- Ensure daily communication with your Leader and team members
- Prepare surfaces for painting by mudding, sanding, patching etc.
- Painting suites as scheduled
- Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment
- Ceiling stipple repair and replacement
- Work in compliance with Health and Safety regulations
- Complete other tasks as assigned
- Minimum 2 years painting experience required
- Sprayer application experience required
- Working knowledge of English language both verbal and written
- Complete all required administrative tasks using a mobile phone / tablet
- Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
- Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and be flexible in nature
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces and paint apartment suites according to schedule, including repairing or replacing ceiling stipple. Maintain painting equipment, follow health and safety regulations, communicate with the team, and support resident comfort and safety.
Requirements
At least two years of painting experience and experience applying paint with a sprayer are required. Candidates must communicate in English, complete administrative tasks on a mobile phone or tablet, and be able to meet the role’s physical demands.
