About the Role

Boast is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead demand generation, content and event marketing while managing and developing a team of three.

Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, you’ll own the execution and performance of paid digital, content, partnerships and affiliates, brand, events and broader campaign programs. You’ll work closely with Sales, Business Development and SDR teams to turn marketing activity into pipeline and revenue, while partnering with the VP on brand and product marketing direction.

Campaign expertise is especially important in this role. We’re looking for someone who deeply understands how to build and optimize campaigns across Canada, including the nuances of different regions and audiences, and who can bring strong recommendations about which channels, messages and approaches are most likely to perform.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a versatile, data-driven marketer who has run multi-channel demand generation programs at scale, understands the technology space and enjoys both leading a team and staying close to the work.

What You’ll Do

Partner with GTM leadership to develop marketing strategy, support budget management and execute marketing plans.
Own the execution and performance of demand generation and content marketing programs, including forecasting outcomes with Finance.
Develop, execute and manage scalable campaigns targeting key customer segments across geographies and industries.
Build campaigns that account for the nuances of different Canadian markets, audiences and regions, including Québec.
Own monthly and quarterly sales-qualified lead and pipeline targets.
Lead paid digital strategy and execution across channels including Google Ads, Google Search and LinkedIn, while evaluating emerging channels and opportunities where they make sense.
Plan and optimize campaigns across paid search, display, social, email, events, webinars and direct mail.
Maintain brand and messaging consistency across campaigns and materials, partnering with the VP on positioning.
Manage content production and the content calendar, including blogs, case studies and thought leadership.
Own Boast’s website and social presence, ensuring they reflect the brand and drive engagement.
Support product marketing fundamentals, including sales enablement materials and launch coordination.
Own event marketing across webinars and in-person events.
Partner closely with Sales, Business Development and SDR teams on lead handoff, tracking, lead quality and MQL-to-SQL conversion.
Help strengthen Boast’s ability to reach larger and more enterprise-level opportunities.
Own marketing performance reporting across pipeline, revenue contribution and ROI.
Manage the day-to-day use and optimization of the marketing technology stack.
Manage marketing budgets, forecasting and channel investment, continuously optimizing spend based on performance.
Recommend new tactics, channels and experiments to improve demand generation performance.
Collaborate with content, product marketing and design partners on campaign materials and thought leadership.
Lead and develop a team of three, setting priorities, providing campaign guidance and supporting their growth.

What You Bring

5+ years of marketing experience spanning demand generation, brand and/or content marketing.
Meaningful experience in a technology environment. B2B experience is strongly preferred, although relevant B2C technology experience can also translate.
A strong track record of executing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable demand, pipeline and revenue growth.
Experience running campaigns across multiple Canadian regions and adapting messaging or strategy to different markets and audiences.
Strong hands-on understanding of paid digital marketing, particularly Google Ads, Google Search and LinkedIn Ads.
Experience contributing to brand, messaging or content strategy alongside performance marketing.
Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting and optimizing spend across channels.
Experience partnering closely with Sales, Business Development and/or SDR teams.
Experience leading, mentoring or managing people.
Working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Excel and broader sales and marketing technology tools.
A data-driven mindset with strong analytical judgment and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using AI tools to support marketing work, including research, brainstorming, documentation, experimentation, coding or continuous learning.
The ability to assess new channels and trends thoughtfully and make clear recommendations about where the business should invest its time and budget.

Nice to Have

French fluency.
PR or partnerships experience.
Experience helping a company expand from smaller customers or deals into larger enterprise opportunities.
