Ready to Take the Lead?

Are you a hands-on leader who enjoys bringing out the best in people, keeping production on track, and finding better ways to get things done?

BOLD Growth is looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team!

We're a Saskatoon-based craft cannabis producer passionate about delivering consistent, high-quality products. At BOLD, we're a close-knit team where your ideas matter, your contributions are valued, and you can make a real impact.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you'll lead daily operations, support employee development, and ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards.

This isn't just about meeting production targets. It's about developing people, solving problems, and creating an environment where everyone can succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead daily manufacturing activities, assign work, and coordinate production priorities.
  • Coach, train, and support employees, including performance management, attendance, and development.
  • Provide hands-on support with packaging, pre-roll production, dry flower filling, and other manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, production documentation, GPP/GMP requirements, and workplace safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot production challenges and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate production records, inventory information, and employee timekeeping/payroll entries.
  • Collaborate with other departments and support the Manufacturing Manager with operational planning.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in manufacturing or production, preferably in a regulated industry such as cannabis, food processing, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching employees, managing performance, and coordinating workloads.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of production standards, SOPs, quality control, and accurate documentation.
  • Confidence managing competing priorities and holding team members accountable.
  • Comfort using computer systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is an asset.

No cannabis experience? No problem! We value strong manufacturing leadership skills, regulated-industry experience, and a willingness to learn.

Why Join BOLD?

  • Competitive salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually, based on experience.
  • Work-life balance: Monday–Friday daytime hours, with occasional flexibility for operational needs.
  • Comprehensive benefits: Dental, Extended Health Care, Health Spending Account (HSA), Wellness Spending Account (WSA), Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, and AD&D coverage.
  • Professional growth: Opportunities to develop your leadership skills and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Supportive team: A collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions matter.
