Interpret forklift specifications, lifting capacities, and application requirements.

Coordinate with technical and internal sales teams to prepare accurate quotations and proposals.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.

Support new product introductions within the territory.

Sales Management & Reporting

Develop and execute structured territory business plans.

Maintain accurate customer data, opportunities, and activities in Salesforce CRM.

Monitor performance, pipeline development, and sales forecasts.

Track competitor activity, market trends, and emerging opportunities.

Collaborate with Canadian management, customer service, operations, and technical support teams.

Provide regular territory updates and performance reports.

CANDIDATE PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in outside sales, or territory management in material handling, forklift, industrial equipment, or related technical sales.

Knowledge of the GTA forklift dealer network and material handling market is a significant asset.

Demonstrated success developing new accounts, expanding territories, and meeting sales targets.

Strong prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.

Ability to interpret technical equipment specifications and translate requirements into solutions.

Excellent communication, presentation, customer service, and organizational skills.

Analytical, independent, results-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities.

Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.

Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel up to 70% within the territory.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

We value initiative, accountability, entrepreneurial thinking, and a genuine passion for new business development. The successful candidate works independently in the field while collaborating closely with a supportive national and international team.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Competitive base salary and performance-based sales incentive / commission program.

Monthly car allowance.

Health insurance and dental insurance coverage.

Participation in a Registered Retirement Savings Plan program.

Product training, ongoing technical support, and professional development opportunities.

A collaborative environment with a direct impact on regional business growth.

Specific compensation details and benefit eligibility will be discussed during the recruitment process.

WHY JOIN BOLZONI CANADA?
