What are your contributions to the team?
In your role, you will:
- Inform key stakeholders of aircraft availability, interior specification status and any associated restrictions;
- Attend regular meetings with Completions and Programs to align aircraft production with sales pipeline and orders;
- Distribute accurate and efficient reports and presentations for Sr Management as well as other intelligence to key stakeholders.
Support the Sales organization throughout the overall sales process including:- Support Sales on Aircraft Availability
- Coordinate with Completions to provide pre-spec’d resale packages and SN milestone dates
- Inform key stakeholders on the latest deal status and update all reports (Skyline, Availability, SFDC)
- Tracking skyline SN assignments throughout the sales process to mitigate risk related to:
- Contractual commitments
- Master Schedule changes
- Collaboration with multiple internal departments to respond to Customer and Sales requests throughout the term of the customer relationship;
- Gathering and analyzing information and promptly responding to various ad hoc Sales or other internal related requests.
- Assist other departments, as required, in addressing customer concerns relative to delivery scheduled and commitment.
How to thrive in this role?
As our ideal candidate, you are a commercially minded analyst who combines business judgment, data discipline, and strong stakeholder management to support timely decisions in a high-performing sales environment.
You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Aviation, Engineering, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field;
- You have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales operations, commercial planning, business analysis, aviation or another complex, customer-focused environment;
- You communicate with clarity, confidence and professionalism, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and leadership through concise, fact-based recommendations;
- You understand commercial, contractual and operational drivers, including aircraft availability, customer commitments, purchase agreements, production milestones and delivery constraints;
- You are comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities with sound judgment, limited oversight and a strong sense of ownership;
- You bring strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to move long-term initiatives forward while maintaining accuracy on time-sensitive deliverables;
- You demonstrate flexibility and resilience, adapting to customer-driven deadlines, evolving priorities and responsibilities that may occasionally extend beyond normal business hours;
- You bring a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze complex data, build clear executive-ready reporting, and translate insights into practical recommendations that support timely business decisions;
- You bring a high level of fluency with Salesforce or another CRM platform, with strong discipline around data quality, pipeline visibility, reporting accuracy, and the use of customer and opportunity insights to support sales execution in a high-performing business environment;
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working with large volumes of information while maintaining data integrity, confidentiality and a strong customer-service mindset;
- Aerospace experience is an asset.
