- Collaborate with production and project teams to plan and carry out acceptance tests.
- Document test procedures, collect and analyze data to assess machine compliance with designated technical specifications.
- Participate in the identification of non-conformities and the implementation of corrective measures. - Collect data on machine and process performance and perform statistical analyses.
- Contribute to the writing of analysis reports and formulate recommendations based on the results.
- Assist in writing and updating qualification documents according to established requirements.
- Ensure the traceability of documents and their compliance with the company's quality requirements.
- Communicate results in the form of technical documents and presentations
- Technical skills: General knowledge of aeronautics. Strong analytical mind, capable of understanding technical requirements to apply them to a manufacturing process.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, solve complex problems and propose innovative solutions.
- Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication skills, sense of teamwork and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment as well as a production environment
- IT: Mastery of the office suite (MS Office), and data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab (asset), Catia V5 (asset) or other CAD software.
- Master French and English.
- Location: Marcel-Laurin Plant 1

Responsibilities
Collaborate with production and project teams to plan and conduct acceptance tests, document procedures, analyze results, and identify non-conformities and corrective actions. Collect and statistically analyze machine and process performance data, prepare reports and recommendations, and maintain traceable qualification documents that meet quality requirements.
Requirements
Applicants should have general knowledge of aeronautics, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the communication and teamwork skills to work in a dynamic production environment. The role requires proficiency in MS Office and French and English; familiarity with Minitab and Catia V5 or other CAD software is an asset.
