During your internship, you will contribute to:
- Supporting a team of 8 full-time analysts in their day-to-day work (e.g. requests, projects, training material, etc.) and work with a team of internationally-based colleagues;
- Growing our sales pipeline and market share through analysis of aircraft replacement opportunities and other growth drivers;
- Email marketing activities including but not limited to, email campaign set up, scheduling, testing, QA, deployment, and reporting;
- Creating and maintaining accurate reports via Bombardier Business Aircraft’s CRM system (Salesforce.com, Marketing Cloud) and communicating findings and actionable insights to the team;
- A variety of lead generation research initiatives on ultra-high net worth individuals, multinational corporations & business aircraft owners and fleets in order to provide insight to Sales and Marketing;
- Supporting Sales and Marketing initiatives by managing stakeholder requests and maintaining strong working relationships;
- Creating and maintaining sales enablement materials, optimizing content libraries, and coordinating training and change management activities with the sales team;
- Monthly business performance reviews by consolidating data on key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Enhancing the overall productivity of the team by strategizing, developing, and implementing improvements to current processes.
