Prepare Strat Plan workshops (gather information and prepare decks)
Participate in Strat Plan workshops to support the team with establishing the industrial strategy (capital projects prioritization and selection process)
Participate to Strat Plan actions items follow up
Participate in the monitoring of the plant’s capital projects, and prepare, if necessary, governance meetings for the VP, the management committee and the Finance team
Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives, and carry out, if necessary, simulations with Arena
Participate in presentations and meetings with the various departments
How to thrive in this role?
You have solid skills in Excel and Powerpoint
Knowledge of Python, ML training and/or Arena is an asset
You have project management skills.
You are an excellent oral and written communicator in French and functional in English.
You are a team player and able to interact with others.
You have a sense of initiative.
You are autonomous, dynamic, punctual, and professional.
You are organized and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
Prepare materials for strategic planning workshops and support the team in developing industrial strategy, including prioritizing and selecting capital projects. Monitor plant capital projects, follow up on strategic plan actions, support governance meetings and departmental presentations, and contribute to continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
Requirements
Applicants should be students with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, project management ability, and excellent oral and written French with functional English. Python, machine learning training, or Arena knowledge is an asset; candidates should also be communicative, collaborative, proactive, autonomous, organized, punctual, professional, and able to meet deadlines.
