Review strategic or higher-risk defense opportunities to identify security capability, clearance, facility, information technology, personnel and supply-chain implications.
Ensure security requirements are incorporated throughout the defense contract lifecycle, from pursuit and contracting through mobilization, execution, closeout and records disposition.
Establish governance for subcontractor and supplier security requirements where protected or classified information, assets, systems or facilities are involved.
Advise senior leadership on the business implications of defense security requirements and recommend practical risk-based solutions that enable compliant program delivery.
