- Process and track urgent spare part orders via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Manage procurement of critical aircraft components to support AOG events.
- Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders to maintain optimal stock.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions by identifying alternative sourcing options and escalating issues as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with operational priorities.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, pricing, and invoicing discrepancies.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with clients throughout the AOG process to manage expectations and provide updates.
- 3–5 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or procurement.
- Strong communication skills in both English and French (spoken and written).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience is an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Availability for 12-hour shifts (day/night/weekends), as needed.

Responsibilities
Process urgent spare-part orders and procure critical aircraft components for aircraft-on-ground events, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery. Monitor inventory, resolve supply disruptions, maintain accurate purchasing and invoicing records, and keep clients informed throughout the process.
Requirements
Requires 3–5 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or procurement, along with strong spoken and written English and French. Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office, with SAP experience considered an asset, and be able to work under pressure and cover 12-hour day, night, or weekend shifts as needed.
