Your main responsibilities will be:
- To be the first responder when the product line is impacted.
- To assist operations during technical issues.
- To act as coordinator during issues resulting in line shutdowns.
- Supporting production operations.
- Analyze technical drawings (details, assemblies, and installations)
- Assist in problem analysis
- Develop plans and strategies to ensure a return to normal production
- Support investigations related to recurring problems
- Create work instructions for components requiring repair
- You must hold a college diploma (DEC) in aeronautics or aerospace engineering (or a related field).
- You have knowledge of assembly techniques.
- You are organized, have excellent time management skills, and are able to work independently.
- You are comfortable reading technical drawings and possess strong analytical skills.
- You are an excellent team player and are known for your perseverance and sound judgment.
- Fluency in spoken and written French is required; English is an asset.

Responsibilities
Provide first-response support when product-line issues affect production, assist operations with technical problems, and coordinate issues that cause line shutdowns. Analyze drawings and problems, develop plans to restore normal production, investigate recurring issues, and prepare repair instructions for components.
Requirements
A college diploma in aeronautics, aerospace engineering, or a related field is required, along with knowledge of assembly techniques and the ability to read technical drawings. The role also requires strong organization, time management, analytical skills, independent work, teamwork, perseverance, sound judgment, and fluency in spoken and written French; English is an asset.
