- Planning and organizing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance work;
- Coordinating work with external contractors;
- Preparing work for summer and winter plant shutdowns;
- Monitoring the backlog of planned work;
- Compiling performance indicators and preparing reports;

- Good knowledge of written and spoken French;
- College diploma in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, logistics, planning, or a related field;
- 5–8 years of experience in a maintenance environment;
- Strong Excel skills and general computer proficiency;
- Asset: Knowledge of Maximo (CMMS);
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and take initiative to improve processes.

Responsibilities
The role involves planning and organizing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance work, including coordinating shutdowns and external contractors. The planner is also responsible for monitoring backlogs, compiling performance reports, and representing the maintenance department in multidisciplinary meetings.
Requirements
Candidates need a college diploma in industrial or mechanical engineering, maintenance, or logistics, with 5 to 8 years of experience in a maintenance environment. Proficiency in Excel and French is required, while knowledge of Maximo (CMMS) is considered an asset.
