Quelles sont vos contributions envers l’équipe?

Faire partie de l'équipe d'ingénierie des essais au sol et en vol, en contribuant à la coordination et à la gestion des essais au sol et en vol d'un nouveau produit.
Collaborer à la définition, à la conception et à l’intégration des essais au sol et en vol au sein de l’équipe de développement de nouveaux produits, notamment le Centre d’essais en vol de Bombardier (BFTC) et Bombardier Experimental (BEX).
Documenter la stratégie d’essai du projet, les exigences, les demandes et les tableaux de bord, ainsi que toute autre définition technique à l’appui des essais
Établir et tenir à jour les calendriers de conception, de construction et d’essai pour les bancs d’essai au sol et les véhicules d’essais en vol
Examiner l'état d'avancement, les problèmes et leur processus de résolution pour toutes les phases d'essai de l'ensemble des actifs d'essai appartenant à Bombardier
Contribuer à la résolution des problèmes pour toutes les disciplines du programme et de l'ingénierie, notamment en collaborant avec l'équipe de développement intégré de produits afin de déterminer la stratégie d'essai, le calendrier, l'objectif et les exigences
Interagir avec de multiples parties prenantes internes et externes au sein d'une équipe multidisciplinaire, en coordonnant le travail selon les besoins pour mener à bien vos tâches

Comment vous épanouir dans ce rôle? 

Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur (licence).
Vous justifiez de 5 à 8 ans d'expérience dans le secteur aérospatial.
Vous êtes autonome, axé(e) sur les résultats et enthousiaste, et vous faites preuve d'une solide éthique professionnelle.
Vous possédez de bonnes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
Vous êtes capable de gérer plusieurs projets et tâches simultanément.
Vous disposez d'excellentes compétences en communication et savez adapter facilement votre discours à votre interlocuteur. Vous vous efforcez de favoriser un travail d'équipe harmonieux et cohésif.
Vous maîtrisez les outils Microsoft Office tels qu’Excel, PowerPoint ou SharePoint.
La maîtrise de la suite Siemens (par ex. Teamcenter) est un atout

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the definition, design, integration, and management of ground and flight tests for a new aircraft product. Document test strategies and requirements, maintain test asset schedules, monitor progress and issue resolution, and coordinate with multidisciplinary internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and 5–8 years of aerospace industry experience. Candidates should be analytical, self-directed, results-oriented, able to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively, collaborate well, and be proficient with Microsoft Office; Siemens tools such as Teamcenter are an asset.
