What are your contributions to the team?

Lead the coordination and closure of Open Delivery Items (ODIs) and other post-delivery commitments.
Coordinate activities across Engineering, Service Centers, Supply Chain, Warranty, Operations and Customer Support teams.
Develop and maintain action plans to ensure commitments are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive resolution of issues impacting customer satisfaction.
Manage customer communications, provide status updates, and facilitate decision-making throughout project execution.
Support budget tracking, invoicing activities, and contractual commitments related to post-delivery commitments.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer support processes and operational efficiency.
Travel as required to support aircraft maintenance events, customer meetings, and critical operational activities.

How to thrive in this role?

Strong project coordination or project management experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence and drive actions across multiple organizations without direct authority.
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Experience coordinating complex activities involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally, occasionally on short notice, to support customer requirements, aircraft maintenance events, and critical project activities.
Aerospace experience and A&P license are considered an asset but are not mandatory.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel (report creation) and Outlook. Experience with Salesforce is an asset.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and close Open Delivery Items and other post-delivery commitments by aligning cross-functional teams, maintaining action plans, monitoring progress, and resolving risks and issues. Manage customer communications and support budget, invoicing, contractual commitments, and process improvement, with travel as needed for customer and aircraft operational activities.

Requirements
