Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and optimize HR information systems, analyze business needs, and support system implementation, integration, and improvement projects. Produce HR reports, maintain data integrity, support HR business partners and HR-cycle activities, and participate in labor relations, disciplinary, and grievance processes.

Requirements

Applicants must be undergraduate students in industrial relations or human resources management, with a strong interest in HR information systems and HR process optimization; experience with an integrated HR system is an asset. Candidates should have strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, communication abilities, attention to detail, organization, a positive and approachable attitude, teamwork skills, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
