What are your contributions to the team?

Act with diligence, fairness, and objectivity in handling workplace related complaints.
Determine intervention strategies and conduct investigations of any scope; meet with witnesses, complainants, and respondents, and analyze documentation that can sometimes be complex.
Draft detailed reports and executive summaries, and present investigation findings to committees as well as to individuals involved in the case.
Understand complex issues in diverse environments and be able to quickly grasp workplace related challenges.
Deliver training on various topics related to issues encountered in the workplace and demonstrate the ability to clearly communicate and simplify complex subjects.
Contribute to the continuous development of approaches, methods, and tools.

How to thrive in this role?

You have knowledge and experience in conducting workplace investigations.
You knowledge and experience in drafting investigation reports.You have knowledge and experience related to workplace harassment and violence.
You are able to go to Bombardier's different sites in the Montréal area on a regular basis, and travel if necessary.
You have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
You have training in investigative techniques.
You have training related to workplace harassment and violence.
You are fully bilingual (French and English). Working knowledge of Spanish would be an asset.
You hold a Certified Harassment Investigator (CHI) designation, or a similar certificate, which would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Handle workplace complaints fairly and objectively, determine investigation strategies, interview involved parties, and analyze complex documentation. Prepare investigation reports and executive summaries, present findings, deliver workplace-related training, and help improve investigation methods and tools.

Requirements

Requires 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, experience conducting workplace investigations and drafting reports, and training in investigative techniques and workplace harassment and violence. Candidates must be fully bilingual in French and English and able to travel to Montréal-area sites; Spanish and a Certified Harassment Investigator designation or similar certificate are assets.
