As a Lead, Partnerships will own partnership delivery within a defined client portfolio, leading initiatives from concept through scaled implementation. You will influence matrixed, cross-functional teams and senior client stakeholders to drive measurable growth. You’ll lead business development efforts for clients, develop business cases, structure high-value deals, and integrate partnerships into broader client solutions – contributing insights that strengthen Bond’s overall strategy. As a thought leader in loyalty partnerships, you will foster collaboration and best practices across the organization.

8–10+ years in partnerships business development, or partnerships account management, with a strong understanding of loyalty.
Proven success delivering partnership initiatives from concept to scaled implementation across multiple client portfolios.
Expertise in structuring high-value deals and guiding negotiations for B2C brand partnerships.
Strong ability to translate data, market insights, and research into actionable strategies and prioritized initiatives.
Proven ability in developing business cases, financial models, ROI analysis, and incrementality frameworks.
Proven ability to manage multiple client projects and competing priorities, ensuring timely execution, attention to detail, and high-quality delivery.
Exceptional collaboration skills, influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in a matrix environment.
Advanced commercial and financial acumen.

Strategic Delivery:

Own and deliver partnership initiatives for assigned client portfolio from opportunity assessment and concept development through pilot execution and scaled implementation, ensuring alignment to client growth objectives and Bond’s broad objectives.

Develop business cases and financial models to assess partnership viability, applying clear frameworks for incrementality, attribution, and ROI measurement for clients.

Translate quantitative Bond-owned data, market insights, and customer research into structured problem statements, strategic implications, and prioritized growth initiatives for assigned client work.

Deliver clear, executive-ready storytelling and insights, effectively influencing client stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

Collaborate cross-functionally internally with loyalty, analytics, technology, and creative teams to support seamless partnership related deliverables for assigned clients.

Business Development & Negotiations:

Drive business development and relationship building with high-potential B2C brands within assigned portfolio, with a focus on loyalty partnerships development on behalf of our worldclass clients.

Nurture, track and progress the business development cycle for multiple clients and multiple brands concurrently.

Lead the development of proposals, and negotiation strategies for assigned clients, helping them assess what levers they can consider using in the negotiation process, gaining internal alignment on approach, and converting strategy into term sheet development.

Lead the end-to-end deal execution process for assigned clients, including leading the commercial deal structuring and term sheet development, providing client guidance throughout the negotiations process until the contract is execution.

Partner closely with Legal, Finance, and Compliance to facilitate LOIs, MSAs, SOWs, and revenue-share agreements, ensuring commercial clarity and risk mitigation on behalf of our clients.

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): Bond uses AI tools during parts of the screening, assessment, and selection process, supporting a fair and efficient hiring process.

Compensation:

The expected base salary compensation for this role is $90,000 to $110,000 CAD annually.

The actual base salary compensation will vary depending on local market conditions, geography, and relevant job-related factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.

Responsibilities

Lead partnership initiatives for assigned clients from opportunity assessment and concept development through pilot execution and scaled implementation, using data and financial analysis to guide growth strategies. Requirements
