Join Our Growing Sales Team!

Bond Securcom is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive business development, generate new commercial opportunities, and build long-term client relationships throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

We are looking for a results-driven B2B sales professional with a strong technical background and experience selling commercial products, equipment, installation projects, or building technology solutions.

Candidates with backgrounds in electrical contracting, commercial construction, building automation, low-voltage systems, technical equipment, building services, or related industries are encouraged to apply.

This is a field-based, project-focused sales position involving commercial building infrastructure, client site visits, technical proposals, and new business development.

Why work at Bond Securcom?

For over 40 years, Bond Securcom has provided innovative security and communications solutions to commercial, industrial, multi-unit residential, and not-for-profit organizations.

Our mission is to make the world a safer place, and we believe our people are our greatest asset.

We offer a supportive environment, professional development opportunities, and dedicated technical sales support to help you succeed.

What You'll Be Working On:

Business Development: Identify new commercial opportunities, prospect potential clients, generate leads, and develop a strong sales pipeline.
Outside Sales: Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to assess customer requirements and recommend effective solutions.
Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with property managers, developers, general contractors, facility managers, and commercial building owners.
Technical Sales: Collaborate with internal technical specialists to develop customized solutions for commercial projects.
Proposals & Bidding: Review project drawings, technical specifications, and scopes of work to prepare competitive proposals, estimates, and bids.
Sales Growth: Negotiate contracts, close new business, manage existing accounts, and achieve sales targets while supporting successful project execution.

Who We Are Looking For:

Essential Qualifications:

A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics, Building Systems, or a closely related technical field is required.
Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales, outside sales, technical sales, business development, or commercial account management.
Proven success in generating new business, managing client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience selling technical products, equipment, services, or installation projects to commercial or industrial clients.
Strong technical aptitude, communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Valid Ontario full G driver's licence and reliable access to a vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications:

Sales experience in electrical contracting, commercial construction, building automation, low-voltage systems, integrated security, or related technical industries.
Established relationships with property managers, contractors, developers, or commercial building owners.
Experience preparing technical proposals, commercial bids, estimates, or service agreements.
Knowledge of CCTV, access control, intercom systems, intrusion detection, or integrated building technologies.

What's In It For You

Competitive Base Salary: CA70,000–CA90,000 annually, plus an uncapped sales-based commission structure and quarterly bonuses based on company performance.
Sales Support: An established client portfolio, ongoing sales leads, and a dedicated technical support team.
Transition Plan: Enhanced transition compensation, including reduced sales quotas during your first two years.
Benefits: Extended health, dental, vision, life insurance, RRSP matching contributions, and paid time off.
Allowances: Car allowance, cell phone allowance, and reimbursement of documented business expenses.
Professional Development: Company-supported training, continuing education, on-site parking, company events, and corporate gym discount.

Ready to Join Our Team

If you're an experienced B2B sales professional with a technical background and a passion for developing new business, building relationships, and delivering commercial solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and grow your career with Bond Securcom!
