The incumbent will review and approve design calculations, drawings, specifications, BOQs and technical documentation, ensuring that engineering outputs are accurate, constructible, economical and compliant with project requirements.

Particular emphasis will be placed on reviewing topographical surveys, geotechnical investigations, hydrology studies, soil parameters and pile-test results and translating these inputs into appropriate site-specific foundation and civil solutions. Effective interfaces between Civil, Structural, Electrical and Mechanical disciplines will also be critical.

Key Deliverables / KPIs

The incumbent will be accountable for measurable engineering and business outcomes, including:

Timely release of approved Civil & Structural engineering deliverables.
High design accuracy and reduction of design-related rework.
Optimization of civil BOQs and quantities.
Engineering cost reduction through value engineering.
