Our BonLook - Ottawa Rideau Centre is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Stylist, to fill an existing vacancy!

This position is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week. We are Our store is open Monday to Sunday, evening and weekend availability is required.

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhance the lives of our customers in a dynamic, and rewarding, and collaborative environment! Join a team passionate about fashion-forward eyewear and making a meaningful difference!

What You'll Do

Greet and welcome customers, providing first class customer service and lead by example on the floor
Inform customers on promotions, in-store events, and new collections
Exceed targets by effectively communicating BonLook's brand, vision, and products, including fit, features, and design
Receive, process, and transfer merchandise as needed
Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive customer experience
Support store operations by performing additional duties as required

What You Bring

Bilingualism (French/English) is considered an asset
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Previous retail/customer service experience is considered an asset
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with people and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite
A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively
Knowledge of optical theory and eyewear merchandise is considered an asset
