Do you love helping people and making every customer interaction a great one?

Boomerang is growing its Toronto team and hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face of our clients' brands at live events and in-store promotions across the GTA. You'll speak with customers face to face every day, answer their questions, introduce offers that suit their needs and make sure everyone leaves with a positive experience.

This role is a great next step if you've worked in retail, hospitality, restaurants, a call centre or as a brand ambassador, or if you're a student or graduate looking for an entry-level role where you can build strong customer service and sales skills. No previous experience is needed. We provide full training and ongoing coaching.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers at live events, pop-ups and retail locations
Provide friendly, knowledgeable and professional customer service
Listen to customers' needs and recommend offers, products or services that suit them
Answer questions clearly and resolve concerns with patience and confidence
Guide customers through the sign-up or purchase process accurately
Build rapport quickly and create a welcoming experience for every customer
Keep event spaces, stands and displays organized and presentable
Work with your team to meet daily customer and sales goals
Record customer information accurately and share feedback with your team leader
Represent our clients' brands professionally at all times

Experience That's a Plus (But Not Required)

Customer service, retail, hospitality, front desk, reception or call centre experience
Brand ambassador, event staff or promotional work
Any role involving working directly with the public, including volunteering, student clubs or sports teams

$42,000 – $47,550 CAD per year, paid weekly, with commission and performance bonuses
