Looking to develop confidence in sales while working directly with customers?

If you enjoy interacting with people, building conversations, and learning how strong communication can lead to successful sales outcomes, this could be a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience.

Boomerang is currently growing its Toronto campaign team and is looking for an In-Store Sales Assistant to support face-to-face sales campaigns taking place inside retail environments and shopping centres.

This role offers the chance to build practical sales experience, develop customer engagement skills, and work within a supportive team environment where effort and performance are recognized.

About Boomerang

Boomerang specializes in delivering face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns through retail activations, promotional stands, and live in-store marketing environments.

The company focuses on creating genuine customer conversations that lead to measurable sales results. By combining professional brand representation with confident communication, Boomerang teams help deliver strong sales performance across each campaign.

Working across Toronto, the team operates in busy retail environments where building relationships and delivering positive customer experiences supports consistent sales growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an In-Store Sales Assistant, you’ll work inside retail locations where promotional campaigns are taking place.

Your role will involve speaking with customers, introducing current offers, and helping guide interested individuals through the sales process. Through these interactions, you’ll build confidence in face-to-face sales conversations and learn how to communicate promotions clearly.

You’ll also help maintain the presentation of the promotional stand, ensuring the environment remains professional and welcoming for customers. Supporting the team during busy periods will also be important, helping ensure strong engagement and successful sales activity throughout the day.

Working alongside your team, you’ll contribute to daily and weekly sales targets while developing practical experience in retail sales environments.

Who This Role Could Suit

This role suits individuals who enjoy interacting with people and want to build practical sales skills.

Candidates from retail, hospitality, sport, events, or customer service environments often do well because they are comfortable communicating with customers and staying organized in busy settings.

If you’re motivated to learn, enjoy working toward goals, and want to develop your confidence in sales situations, this role offers an excellent starting point.

What Boomerang Offers

Weekly pay plus commissions and performance bonuses, with average earnings between $755–$875 per week
Full training covering customer engagement and sales techniques
Coaching and development from experienced team leaders
Hands-on experience in retail sales and promotional marketing
Opportunities to progress into more senior sales or campaign roles

Apply Today

If you’re interested in building practical sales experience, working in customer-focused environments, and developing confidence in professional sales communication, Boomerang would love to hear from you.

Apply today to learn more about joining the Toronto team.
