Looking for an internship that gives you real business experience, professional development, and the chance to work on campaigns people genuinely recognize?

Boomerang is currently expanding its Toronto team and is looking for ambitious individuals to join as Sales Interns. This opportunity offers hands-on experience working across face-to-face sales campaigns representing nationally recognized consumer brands alongside meaningful charitable campaigns focused on donor acquisition and community awareness.

This internship is ideal for students, graduates, and career starters who want practical experience that goes beyond admin tasks or shadowing. From day one, interns gain exposure to customer engagement, communication strategy, business development, and campaign operations within a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Intern, you’ll work alongside experienced team members while gaining exposure to the day-to-day operations of live sales, retail, and fundraising campaigns across Toronto.

Responsibilities include:

Representing consumer brands and charitable campaigns through face-to-face customer interactions
Engaging customers at retail pop-ups, event-based campaigns, and community-focused promotional sites
Learning how customer acquisition and donor engagement strategies work in real environments
Building communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills
Supporting customer onboarding, sign-ups, and campaign interactions
Working closely with team leaders to understand sales performance, campaign goals, and client expectations
Participating in live promotional events and brand activations across Toronto
Developing confidence in professional conversations and public-facing interactions
Taking part in daily coaching sessions, mentorship, and business development workshops
